how can i use statistics and probability to help others make informed decisions in driving and cell phone use?

 

You can use it by getting conducting an experiment and finding the peobability of people that uses cellular phones too long that made them visually challenged (poor sighted) and because of that, some people might consider to not use the phone for too long because the probability might be high. Driving vehicles on the other hand, if you get the probability of people that had an accident on a vehicle while driving recklessly and if the probability came high it might also change the peoples decision to drive it carefully.
